i an unable to download whatsapp nor am i able to access whatapp web on my ipad of model no. MD785X/B, have tried network reset as well but dint help, checked the compatibility part too od whatsapp app on app store it said ios 12 or later and mine is ios 12.5.7
please provide a solution for this.

The WhatApp developers have not released an App compatible with iPad - the App being currently limited to iPhone.
Whilst the App is not available for iPad - you may be able to access the service using a web browser:
If your iPad is not capable of update to a recent version of iPadOS, the browser may not support current website requirements. In such circumstances, the website may reject connection from your device. Your only option may be to use a computer with a modern web browser - and/or replace your iPad with a much newer model.
