IPhone uses its mic instead of bluetooth headphone's mic

Device: iphone 13 pro

when ever I use Bluetooth headphones while gaming my phone uses its own mic instead of headphones mic. I have tried with different headphones and AirPods the issue is still the same. I’m getting tired of this problem and i don’t know apple even care about it . I’m facing this issue since 2021 and it’s 2024 already. I’ve checked the mic of every headphones that i’ve used on this iPhone to other devices it works perfectly. How can i solve this issue???
