Apple Services charge via PayPal

I received an Apple Services (seller Apple) via PayPal for $14.99 which does not match up with any of my Apple Services. When I queried this with PayPal they said they can't manage my disputed transaction I had to go to Apple. When I go to Apple, without the transaction in my purchase history I can't dispute anything? The Apple invoice ID is provided in the PayPal charge but service description is limited to Apple Services. Can anyone provide any more information on similar case?
