Orange dot(microphone in use) indicator issue

Hello,

I have been facing issues with orange indicator that shows microphone is in use but in reality it’s not.

I even restarted my 15 pro max and removed microphone access to all apps in settings.

When I scroll the notification panel, it shows me microphone usage for “AccessibilityUIServer”.

It goes away temporarily when I play some music or place a call.

Any one has any idea how to resolve this issue?
