That was not from Apple.

It was a fraudulent ad designed to scare you into downloading useless software.

Ignore it, stop going to websites that engage in such advertising tactics or install an ad blocker.

That was a scam presented by criminals - who were lying about who they were, and about your phone being “hacked”, in an effort to scare you so badly that you would deliver yourself to them and unwittingly help them to rip you off.
