What do I do with one brand new AirTag with a dead battery?

I pulled the plastic from a brand new air tag. When I went to connect it to my phone it says it won’t connect because battery is low and I can’t connect to a device until I replace the battery. How do I get support for 1 faulty air tag in a pack of 4?
