iPhone 15 Pro's touchscreen is not very responsive

Hi

I’ve just bought an iPhone 15 Pro and I’m having touchscreen

problems it’s not very responsive and swiping up is a nightmare at times grr!! looking at some comments on here people were having problems back in 2023 so looks

like Apple never did anything about it or did they? Why is my brand new iPhone 15 Pro doing the same things from last year.

any info or help would be most helpful- thanks Toner

I would return it for one that works as expected out of the box



you have a limited 14 days for an exchange or refund for any reason—see Returns & Refunds Order status

Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple Retail Store

Your 90 days of complimentary telephone support begins on the date of purchase.

Call Customer Support (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753)


That 14-day return/exchange policy only applies in countries where you can buy DIRECT from Apple
