Can removing payment cards from Apple Pay stop unauthorized charges?

I used Hide My Email with an online merchant that turned out to be fraudulent and I used Apple Pay for the payment type. The merchant is constantly trying to pass charges against my Apple Pay account and my financial institution is so far declining the transactions. If I delete the Hide My Email, will this block the merchant from being able to bill me? The alternative is to delete all of my payment cards from Apple Pay. Thoughts?

Who is the merchant? Apple Pay typically will provide your email you’ve indicated when you setup Apple Pay. Did you use your Hide My Email when you setup your Apple Pay Services? If you just used Hide My Email when registering on the merchants account, deleting it will have no affect on your issue with merchant.
