Recently, I can only send (or upload to social media) screenshots, but not the photos that i took.

Hello,

Im user of iPhone 15 pro since the may this year. Recently I had this issue- i cannot send photos that i took (from my phone camera) in the app camera (it’s important, because i can send photos from camera in the apps like WhatsApp, Messenger etc.) but i can send/ upload (instagram etc.) screenshots. Issue has been observed by me since a little bit more of a two weeks. (Update, i’ve chosen wrong phone, i’m sorry.)

I wonder if the image format you've chosen might not be compatible with some services. In Settings>Camera>Formats, do you have "Most Compatible" checked? If not, try that.

Try a forced re-start. Since the method is different for different models of iPhone, you should see the instructions here:

How are you "sending?" You go into Photos, select a picture, hit share, pick Message, type in a contact. Is that right? Or how is it different? Does AirDrop work?

Try the easy things first-- how about a forced re-start?

Hello,

Just checked that, and it did not worked. I must say, month ago i could normally send photos. I’m university lecturer, so it’s necessary for me- and something that i just need as soon as it possible. Thanks for yours answer, i hope that something is going to solve this problem.

Sorry for replaying late. Yes, I send photos just like you described. I don’t know if airdrop works, I’m only user of apple stuff in my household. I don’t much understand about restart, do you mean it by turning off and turning on? If yes, then I did this moment ago. I could send 4 photos, but still not the photos, that I bother about- I can’t even send photos from my old iPhone. I don’t know if it is associated, but for some time my screen time is also broken; I use my phone around 5 hours in a day- it is showing time, that i spend in Safari.

Mostly by the text (apps like Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage also did don’t work), and I tried to send by the mail- but also, I can’t.
