Getting rid of other Apple ID information on my phone

I have, apparently, apps or purchases that are from other Apple IDs. It seems that I cannot remove them without logging into the other Apple IDs - which are not mine! Is there a way to break those links?

Apps in iCloud Hi There. I have a client with a very tricky query. Client wants to delete an App in his iCloud Account. How does one delete an App in iCloud. App is deleted in the iOS App Library & in Home Screen. So they would like to delete the app permanently, meaning completely removed from purchase history. Is this possible by any chance?
