Can not start some Apps after the Apps updated

Question: one day I have updated the Apps after I saw the prompts from the Apple store. After that, I found some Apps can not start, that was I clicked the icon, and there was no any action happened.


what I have done: I searched the question from the internet by Google, and I got some resolutions. I have tried to reinstall the App(not working), start the App by terminal(got prompts:_LSOpenURLsWithCompletionHandler() failed with error -10671.), restart the Mac(not working),reinstall the IOS system(not working), remove the log files(didn't find log files from the specific path).


the hardware: Macbook air M2.

software: Sonoma 14.5


the Apps don't work in my mac book air: bilibili,网易有道词典,Duolingo,Shadowrocket.


P.S. I doubt the problem was related with the OS system update, that was I updated the system to Sonoma. but I can not prove it.
