Why is the GolfNet app unavailable in the App Store?

Tried to access my Golfnet app

and got no response

and the app wasn’t available in the App Store

App Being Not Available in the App Store:

Not all apps are available in all locations. It all comes down to licensing between Apple and the Developer. So, if it isn't available, you're just not going to get it.
