Log in to Apple Music with my Apple ID, login fails

I have installed Apple Music on Windows 11 i can see my Windows Music fine

if I log in with Gmail I can use music but now my iPhone showing so I can't sync

if I log in with my Apple ID login fails but I can use the same Apple login at Apple and iTunes password works fine

I have changed the password twice, and it still happening and apple shows iPhone and PC as trusted devices but Apple Music doesn't like pass with Hotmail.

Apple Music Windows not allowing me to Sign In My Apple Music app on my windows laptop is not allowed me to login. I pay for a subscription, and used to be signed in. It told me to sign back in and now gives me this pop up no matter what I do. I ran as administrator, uninstalled and reinstalled, terminate/repair in windows settings. I deleted all PCs on my phone to try to authorize, and I get the same sign in failed pop-up when i try to authorize. I don't want to have to buy a mac just to use Apple Music.
