Can no longer send photos from PC in a shared album

Hi all

I used to send photos from my PC Windows 10 to family and friends via the iCloud method.

start menu go to iCloud then iCloud Photos

new album enter email address of recipient select photos from a folder on the PC via browse

open the album you selected

then press @fone” and they used to “go”

a nod I had an email to say I’d shared photos

now this can no longer be done🤷‍♂️

Does anyone else have this problem as nd a solution please
