My younger brother have been playing some Pokémon game on my phone lately and brought some ingame items without me knowing I requested for a refund once I found out but was rejected and I appeal and was rejected again is there like another way I can get a refund or there’s nothing I can do

Apple has no way of knowing who made the purchases. They assume it was you and we are expected to maintain control of who has access to our iPhone or other devices. You are responsible for their purchases if you allow them access.
