I’m very disappointed. my daughter iPhone 14 rear camera/flashlight stopped working. We have a AppleCare plan so she went to the Apple Store. They checked phone and told us camera needs to be replaced and we need to wait 3 to 5 business days for a part. She’s leaving to Europe in five days for a vacation probably without camera in her phone. I called support and nobody can help us. only hope that part arrive soon.
