I can't watch videos on YouTube in good quality (no more than 360p).

Hi all! I recently bought myself a MacBook Pro 13 2019. I bought it secondhand. The seller reset the Mac to factory settings when selling it. When I got home, I decided to try it on YouTube. As it turned out, it does not show more than 360p; sometimes, of course, it also shows 720p. Initially, I thought that the Internet was to blame for this, but after talking with the technician, I concluded that the Internet had nothing to do with it, because on Windows devices everything was amazing. Tell me what procedures need to be done so that you can watch YouTube on a MacBook in good quality and without freezing. Again, I’ll add that the laptop is working and the provider is not to blame)
