XS MAX headphones

I upgraded my phone to iPhone XS MAX recently, but I have a problem with the original wired headphones, they only work in one application, and when I switch to other apps or exit, it stops working and I have to plug it&unplug it over and over again they stop working with every single tiktok videos. I'm afraid that this will cause damage to the entrance. I need help, please

I updated to IOS17 & cleaned the entrance before you ask.

Apple Lighting Headphones not working at certain times I recently bought my apple lighting headphones from Best Buy and ever since I unboxed them it hasn’t been working properly. I have a iPhone 7 and I have to restart it before I put the headphones in or else it won’t work and even after that it disconnects at random points and I really have to shove it back into the port. All headphone functions do not work I bought new headphones. The locator does not search for them, the animation does not display when opening the case, the % of charge in the phone is not visible, they are connected to another iCloud (not mine). model name ACCESSORY_MODEL_NAME_36

Wired headphone problems So lately I’ve been trying to use my headphones to do things like listen to music, take calls, etc… And I’ve found that when there is no audio output my iPhone XR will show that headphones are connected, but after a few seconds of media playing through the headphones the phone will automatically switch to loud speaker, without pausing the media like it usually would. I have the apple wired headphones so there’s no cross branding, and everything was fine a couple of days ago. is there a way to fix this? is this a problem on apple’s end? will the world be taken over by toast? we may never know…
