Still with the Apple TV 4k audio issue…

Hello, I still haven't found a solution to my problem with the audio on my Apple TV 4K. Today it happened to me a couple of times during the afternoon. The audio suddenly disappears and I have to stop the playback of the video and resume it again so that the sound returns. I've tried everything, factory reset, connecting it to the soundbar directly, etc. The truth is that I don't know what else to do, it's something annoying that breaks the experience. Does it happen to anyone else?

What is your audio setup? What make and model soundbar do you have this issue with? Is it HDMI-(e)ARC connected to your TV? Is your TV still set to passthrough audio to the soundbar (after the audio has ‘disappeared’)?

Try restarting all HDMI devices (not standby-wake, but a real restart). Besides refreshing those devices, the HDMI connection will also be reset by that, in case that was a cause of issues.
