Moving a Pages document to Yahoo mail for transmission

Attempting to email a Pages document via Yahoo mail...how is this done?

You might consider zipping the Pages document before attaching it to Yahoo! mail. That is done in the Finder by right-clicking the Pages document icon and selecting compress "___" on the secondary menu. This will create a zip container with your Pages document name and a .zip extension. Attach that to your Yahoo! mail with a short note indicating that the attachment is zipped and only that attachment needs to be unzipped.


Your email recipient should be using Pages as no other word processing application can open a Pages document, and Google Drive or Windows will destroy the Pages document when it is double-clicked.
