Why don't I see the call forwarding option on my iPhone 14?

I'm not sure where you were looking but call forwarding is under the setting for the Phone app, not Cellular, in case that where you were looking. To make it easier, when you go into settings, use the search bar and look for Call Forwarding. It should give you the exact path to find it on your device. Mine displays as Apps -> Phone -> Call Forwarding, but I may be on a different version than you.
