How can I slow down my iPhone 13 reaction time with different pages in the phone?

my iphone screen is moving too fast and when i open an app it instant opens it same with swipe up and other stuff how do i fix this?

Scrolling Lag When I am in home screen and scroll to different page , the phone lags and it is same for applications too. What could be the reason? I am using iphone 14. Version 17.1.2

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, then tap Haptic Touch or 3D & Haptic Touch. Choose the touch duration—Fast or Slow. On an iPhone with 3D Touch, you can also choose the pressure needed—Light, Medium, or Firm. Test your new settings on the image at the bottom of the screen.
