I'm unable to load CD album onto iTunes/Apple Music

I have a CD from an artist, which the particular album WAS on iTunes/Apple Music. For some reason the album is no longer on either, however, in times past I have had this same situation BUT if I loaded the CD it would play and as well allow me to download the album into my library. But for this particular CD it won't allow me to do either, why is that?
