How can I protect my Personal information after my iPhone is hacked ?

Nothing there indicates that your iPhone is hacked. Everything that you have described is operated on third party servers off of your device. What is does indicate is the your Password to those services may have been compromised. FB, Social Media, and Mail can all be accessed on the web without even having your iPhone. All they need is your Username and Password. It may have been a phishing email/message that you received where you had inadvertently given out your password believing that it came from a legitimate company or just an email that claimed you were hacked. Change your Passwords on those services including your email.

What makes you think you have been "hacked"? Note that messages claiming that you have been "hacked" often are packs of lies, presented by criminals who want to panic you into contacting them for "tech support" "help". If you fall for the scare tactic, and deliver yourself into the tender mercies of the criminals, that is when you will get scammed. (If they could do it themselves, without your help, they wouldn't need to send "you have been hacked" messages in the first place.)

If you have reason to believe that any of your accounts have been compromised, you should change passwords on all of those accounts. Especially Google, FaceBook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Apple accounts, as there are a lot of Web sites that will let you log in if you have one of these "master" accounts.

If you have reason to believe that financial information has been compromised, you need to notify your banks, and (if you are in the U.S.), you might want to contact the three main credit bureaus to have them place a credit freeze. This will make it harder for identity thieves to open fraudulent accounts in your name (although it will also cause a spot of inconvenience for you if you need to apply for a car loan, house loan, etc.).

Troubleshooting Compromised eMail Account:

You can only have one iCloud eMail account. So, create an alias, as an alternative. Go Here: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Troubleshooting a Hacked Account:

I. Getting In to your Apple Account:

You need to get into your Apple Account. So, contact Apple Support. If you have a hacked iCloud account, then ask the Apple Rep if they can help you add Two-Factor Authentication. Ask them to assist you with changing your password to what it should be. Important: Perform a trial-&-error login session, prior to ending the call.

II. Secure your Info:

If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

III. Report Items to Apple:
