accounts being hacked and pics n videos stolen and things hanging so im not getting notices or mail

There are no known hacks or Malware that would cause your pics to be stolen simply being next to someone. If there was, it would be the top news story on every network and everyone would know about it.

To view which devices are on your account, go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to view the devices. If you find any that are not yours, then tap on them to remove and follow up by changing your Apple Account password.

Have no idea what you mean by your phone "acts up" when you are next to them. A phone will "act up" for many reasons including a failed digitizer or failing battery, where you only option would be to get it serviced.

On your iPhone......

Tap Settings > [Your Name]

Scroll down to see other devices that are using the same account

Tap on the name of the device that you want to remove

Tap Remove from Account
