Dead zone on iPhone SE

Ive had this issue for about two days now where a whole bar of the screen is unresponsive to touch, at first I assumed it was a keyboard problem because I couldn’t use the keys u, h and b but then I used the notes app to scribble to see where the unresponsiveness is and it’s a whole bar to the right side of the screen, it seems to go after hard resetting but it eventually comes back
