Why does Apple Pay deny refunds for audiobook purchases?

How and why is it that Applepay refuses to repay charges for AufioBook products that are not provided without giving any reason than ‘Refund not approved’. The arrogance of power?

Apple Denying Refund Requests I’m officially not purchasing or subscribing to ANYTHING with Apple!! This is the 5th time that Apple completed an unauthorized purchase, the in app feature that I paid for doesn’t work, or I try to pay for one subscription and Apple goes and take money for something completely different! And every time I submit a legitimate refund request, Apple always says “Not Eligible for Refund” even after I appeal decision! At this point, Apple is literally stealing money and I absolutely want no parts in it!! I don’t trust Apple, and would love to know how to speak to someone who can escalate this ongoing issue!!

If you have an issue with a purchase, contact the merchant. Apple pay is merely a gateway, not a bank or biller.
