If I chose to save a chat in Safari on my iPad Pro, where does it save?
I chose the ‘save’ option at the end of my chat with BT Support, and the save was confirmed. But where is it ?? iPad/Safari.

You will very likely have selected the path when you saved the conversation. If you don't recall where you saved the file, try looking in your downloads folder - which should be visible in the native Files App.
Otherwise, try searching for keyword using a Spotlight Search:
