A terribly disgusting ad continually pops up on an app. The ad is for Match 3D

• Delete the app
• Write a review for the app in the App Store
• Contact the developer even though it is unlikely they will change anything for you

The developer makes money off of you by popping up those ads. Apple makes no money on the ads that you are seeing.

Apple isn't sending the ad to you, so why you are complaining about this ad here is a mystery. The app you are using is making money from the company and they send the ad to you. Complain to the App Developer of this app if you don't like the ad. This has nothing to do with Apple at all. Conversely, you can simply delete the app if you find the advertising they send you offensive.

Complain to the app developer.

That is how your app's developer blackmails you into paying to "turn off ads." They are not in business to be nice but to make money.
