Hi,
I can't set up a new office 365 email onto Apple Mail (Version 16.0 (3774.600.62) or on the mail app (ios 15.8.2). The password is correct as is the username. I've tried manually configuring and sign in, without success.
Appreciate help and ideas as how to sort this out

Start by contact Microsoft support or look at their help forum.

Thanks for your message.
I've been through the Microsoft support help forum and got the same results as I had yesterday. It looks like I can't get to the Microsoft verification stage on the App (the 3rd image attached) and the same place on Apple Mail (1st and 2nd image).
Weclome further ideas and comments.
