Can't turn on Apple TV through Siri

Hello,

I can no longer turn on my Apple TV using Siri's voice command ("Hey Siri, turn on the Apple TV in the bedroom"). It used to work. Strangely enough, switching it off works perfectly ("Hey Siri, turn off the Apple TV in the bedroom").

What could be the reason? I've already tried everything possible. Reset the TV, reset the Apple TV, replaced the HDMI cable, etc. What's also strange is that both work via the Apple TV Siri Remote but with Siri only turning off works.

On my other TV (Sony) in the living room it switching on/off with Siri works like a charm.

My Apple TV: Apple TV HD (A1625)

My TV: LG 43LH510V-ZE

I would really appreciate some help here.

Apple TV HD, tvOS 17

I had that issue but I find the solution, in my tv settings I have to enable auto power because I can turn it off using Siri but it can’t turn it on, for the record don’t say “ Hey Siri turn on Apple TV bedroom “ you can say “ hey siri turn on my tv” like the Apple TV it’s plugged in to the tv then Siri detects the auto power and makes the tv turn on/off with hey siri , I have two Apple TV 4K and two HomePod on each Apple TV and tv

Thanks for your answer. HDMI-CEC and Auto Power Sync are both activated. Yes, I have already tried different voice commands but nothing works when switching on. Switching off is no problem. I also have HomePods. I just tried it again using my iPhone and Siri, but turning it on doesn't work either. Funnily enough, it all worked on the same TV, even though it always took a lot longer to turn on the LG TV (bedroom) compared to the living room (Sony). I have already set the LG TV completely to factory settings as well as the Apple TV and replaced the HDMI cables. But nothing works. You can switch it off via voice and remote control within a second, but you can only switch it on via the remote control (which I find particularly strange, as this means that the TV actually gets the signal to switch on, but why can't it be done the same way via Siri...)
