Apple SE 2n Gen won’t turn on after swimming

Apple Watch SE won’t turn on after swimming. Won’t charge won’t turn on and screen completely black. Was on the phone with Apple they advice can’t do anything about it won’t be cover under any of the warranties. Went to the store can’t do anything with it because it bricked. Even offer to sell me another one or repair it for 229 dollars. Talk to Apple support advice that the Apple Watch is water resistant not water proof there for no warranty will cover it. Even tho the watch has the ability to track your swimming laps. The watch is 1.5 years old. Did anyone figure a solution for this. Been three day and still won’t turn back on.
