Undelivered Mail Return to Sender

So I’m having issues with my iPhone 15 . Such as with incoming and outgoing calls, emails, & messages. At first I thought it was my service with Verizon. And they said no it isn’t. Which I still believe it is. So my second thought is it’s the phone itself.

the reason why I think it’s my phone because my bf and I both have Verizon same plan. But he has the iPhone 14 and I have the iPhone 15. We’re both in the same area. He so happens to have full bar and 5g service me on the other hand I only have 1 or 2 Bars and it’s says LTE.

My boyfriend can call me 10 times and I won’t get any of it. I can text him 8 different messages and he won’t get em.

So 4days ago I sent him about 8 different emails and it says sent. I asked him about it he said he never got it. Just barely today around noon, I received a few emails from iCloud Mail delivery system and it said this, just wanted to know what it meant? Maybe this can help me with my issue?

Starting with the last issue first, that message means that, for whatever reasons, your email to your boyfriend was not able to be delivered. I think the problem may be with your iCloud account. But this isn't really my area of expertise.

The fact that Verizon says the problem is with the phone and not with them doesn't necessarily make it so. Their customer service agents have quotas and, if they can't figure out your problem within a certain period (they used to have to keep their average call time to 7 minutes), they may try to blame something else.

I would start by contacting Apple anyway. They can run a lot of diagnostics remotely. Or you can make an appointment at your local Apple Store if you have one.

Product Feedback - Apple

The diagnostics they run can rule out (or in) hardware problems. They will then be able to give you next steps.

There is one thing you might try while waiting. Go to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings. The only thing you'll lose is saved WiFi passwords.

Yes I agree with you on the whole Verizon part. I had went in to discuss the issue and the problem was with the phone or it was me who might have requested my boyfriend’s number to be blocked from my line.

i have tried resetting the network and restarting my phone numerous times and the issue remains.

But I haven’t thought about taking it into apple yet. I will try and do so if it keeps persisting.

thank you for responding!

Profile apps - these are apps that are so invasive and or so corrupt that they couldn’t pass Apple’s reasonable tests to be in the app store. You put your phone and its contents at risk to install them, because the profiles essentially permit the apps to hack iOS and to bypass the iPhone’s security protection. There are over a million apps in the app store. You should be able to find a legitimate app for every need.
