My Apple Card failed to add to the Apple Wallet

I applied for an Apple Card yesterday, but I can’t add it to my Apple Wallet. I’ve already received the statement, but when I called the customer service and provided the last four digits of my SSN, the automated system said it couldn’t assist me and then disconnected the call.

Cannot add cards to Apple Wallet on iPhone 14 I need help resolving an issue with Apple Wallet so I can use Apple Pay. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14 and transferred all my data to the new device. When I tried to add my cards again to use the NFC feature, my new iPhone started showing errors when adding them to Wallet. Sometimes I get the message “Could Not Set Up Apple Pay”, and other times it lets me proceed to the step where I enter the card verification code, but then it shows “It was not possible to add the card.” I have already contacted Apple Support and followed all the troubleshooting steps they suggested. I also tried the steps from the Apple Support article “If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay”, but nothing has solved the issue. I also contacted one of my banks, and they told me it may take up to 30 days to reset the token and verify the card again. However, I’m not confident that this will resolve the problem.

Problem adding cards to Apple wallet I used to use Apple Pay without any issues. Last week, I accidentally blocked my card. After unblocking it, I removed it from Apple Wallet because it was giving an error, and I tried to add it back again. However, when I try to re-add my card, I get an error, and it doesn’t renew. It also gives an error in my bank’s app. When I contacted my bank, they said there was no issue on their end. How can I solve this problem?

The card should automatically be in the Wallet app. Did you apply using your iPhone?
