VIRUS POP UP ON MACBOOK

i suddenly got put into a website of a real looking apple website saying 3 viruses found. i don't know if this is real what do i do?

How to determine if the "13 Viruses Detected" pop-up on MacBook Air is a scam? I have a pop up that comes in every 4 minutes, or so, for a few seconds and goes away.
