Right Airpod Pro hissing

Let me give a little bit of detail about the AirPods, I was shopping and I found them broken on the floor. The hinge was fully ripped off and i have bought a new case for it, but the only thing that is wrong with them is that the right AirPod makes a hissing sound whenever I use Noise Cancelling or Transparency mode, is there any possible way to fix them? I have already tried resetting them and cleaning the AirPod. And no, I don't have the receipt.
