How to activate Apple ID on a new iPhone profile

Hi!

I created a different profile on my iphone for my relative and tried to log in via Apple ID there.

But it has stated that Apple ID is not activated (We believe pass was correct)

Nevertheless, when we tried to press "forgot Apple ID" - it said the same.

When we type the email address here https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid - it still says that Apple ID is not activated and doesn`t let us recover the password.

Choosing a relative`s phone in the process is not an option - we only have a mac.


Would really like to have the option to use Apple ID with an appropriate email. I spoke with support and they said they could not do anything to help I honestly don’t understand how something like this is even possible that the people that work at Apple can’t even help me fix it.

If they are saying they can’t help what they are telling you is Apple is decided to basically permanently ban that Apple ID from use because you broke a term and conditions of use.



If that Apple ID is still being used for iCloud Find My on a device and you can’t sign out to erase the device you will need to submit proof of ownership and request Apple remove the Apple ID for you. See How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
