Access old voicemails
We just transferred from Spectrum to AT&T this morning.
is there to retrieve old voicemails via ICloud?
seemed not possible before but with a technology improving all the time thought there may a way.

Voicemail is a carrier service. Not iCloud.
If you still have access to the old carrier and old account, you can save messages from within Phone app.
If that access is no longer available, maybe your old carrier still has them?
But likely, no. That voicemail was not ported with the number port, and is now gone.
