Connecting iPhone to MacBook via Bluetooth is not supported

Hello guys, today I tried to contact the apple support about a problem that I have between my devices. Basically when I try to connect my iPhone 12 Pro to my MacBook Air M1 on my iPhone says that "MacBook Air is not supported", I always done and is a problem that I tried to fix in the past without success, but today I decided to fix that contacting the support. after texting and resetting my iPhone to the factories settings the problem was still there, so i contacted again the support, basically a specialist called me and made me reset the network settings and made me check a bunch of information of my iPhone, then he told me that the pairing between the MacBook and the iPhone is not possible. idk what to do, I think that my mission is failed. also sorry if I made mistakes but I'm not perfect with speaking in English :((

There is no supported protocol to connect those devices. There is also no requirement to pair devices to enable the many activities of both devices. What are you hoping to accomplish?
