only on certain apps and not always, I start a show on Max and the video freezes but the sound continues the only way to exit is to close down the whole system, this does not happen on all apps for now mainly Max and discovery. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall and nothing. Also it seems to happen more if there is a trailer

I do not think you read my message. it has nothing to do with wifi strength, if it did then none of the apps would work. In my case most apps work, the main issue is Max, and discovery, second, it only seems to happen when a new episode starts and a commercial tries to run. If I try a episode that does not run a add it works fine. Also, I am hardwired not on wifi. not to mention I am only like 4 feet from the router itself it works fine on my other apple tv that is farther away
