No sound with seemingly paired KLIM cd player and Beats headphones and ear buds

I bought a KLIM Nomad Bluetooth enabled cd player to use with Beats Studio 3 headphones and Beats Fit Pro ear buds. I followed the KLIM instructions to pair the cd player with the receiving devices. The cd player screen seems to indicate that the devices are paired but there is no sound through the headphones or ear buds. There is sound if I use corded headphones with the cd player. Anyone have any experience with this issue?

I was able to resolve the problem. I went to the Beats Studio 3 manual and it mentioned resetting the headphones as a generic troubleshooting step for pairing issues. I reset my Beats Studio 3 headphones and my Beats Fit Pro ear buds and they both now pair with the KLIM Nomad cd player. Although I’m relieved I solved the problem my beef is that it took an esoteric troubleshooting reference to pinpoint this solution. KLIM should note this in their troubleshooting guide

Your iPhone can hold thousands of albums. In lossless CD quality if you want. But maybe you like changing physical media every 45 minutes?

Bluetooth pairing is pretty much the same for any headphones or earbuds. Nothing special about Beats for this aspect. ① Set the to-be-paired device in “pairing mode”; ② Find the paring setting on the host device; ③ Confirm the device; ④ It pairs and connects. Done.

Bluetooth devices may support multiple audio codecs, but there is always a fallback codec (SBC) that all will support. The best codec, supported by both devices, should be automatically selected.

I appreciate you taking time to respond to my query. I am familiar with pairing Bluetooth devices. I have Beats Studio 3 headphones, Beats Fit Pro ear buds, EarFun ear buds and faux Apple Pro 2 ear buds. All of them pair perfectly with my iPhone and iPad. The issue is the pairing optio for the KLIM Nomad cd player. I carefully followed the instructions for pairing the Nomad and repeated the procedure multiple times. The steps appear to proceed properly but the Nomad will not pair with any of my headphones or ear buds. The player works fine with headphones with a cord.
