iPhone 15 pro max not working at all

Apps do not work only loading screen, Siri does not work (says something went wrong please try again later, update screen is continuously loading, scary part is I cannot make phone calls or texts (these screens are black)I’ve tried force restart, I’ve tried soft restart. Literally paid this phone off last month and now it doesn’t work and I’m using an iPhone 7 to write this.
