Unable to log into Amazon on my Apple devices
I’ve been unable to login to Amazon app and also Amazon.co.uk on safari for the past few months on my apple devices (iPhone 15 pro, IPad Pro 5th gen, and 2023 24” iMac.
I’ve tried clearing my history, cache and cookies, and also using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox). At the moment the only way I can access my amazon account is on the app on my iPad, but I’m concerned that I may lose that too, and have no access to my account.
I also spoke to Amazon customer support a few months ago, and they suggested clearing my history, chase and cookies, and removing and reinstalling the app on my iPhone. This made no difference whatsoever!
Does anyone else have the same issue? Or any suggestions how to sort this.
