Unable to log into Amazon on my Apple devices

I’ve been unable to login to Amazon app and also Amazon.co.uk on safari for the past few months on my apple devices (iPhone 15 pro, IPad Pro 5th gen, and 2023 24” iMac.


I’ve tried clearing my history, cache and cookies, and also using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox). At the moment the only way I can access my amazon account is on the app on my iPad, but I’m concerned that I may lose that too, and have no access to my account.


I also spoke to Amazon customer support a few months ago, and they suggested clearing my history, chase and cookies, and removing and reinstalling the app on my iPhone. This made no difference whatsoever!


Does anyone else have the same issue? Or any suggestions how to sort this.

To log into Amazon on multiple Apple devices, follow these steps:


1. Check Amazon service status and update all apps and devices.

2. Verify account and security settings.

3. Enable two-factor authentication for added security.

4. Reset network settings and cache.

5. Clear Safari cache and cookies.

6. Remove and reinstall Amazon app.

7. Check device time and date settings.

8. Try different internet connections.

9. Review app permissions and restrictions.

10. Contact Amazon support again with detailed information.

11. Use alternative access methods, such as a different browser or device.
