How can I add a workout manually on my Apple Watch?

I don't find "Add Data" to allow me to add a workout manually after the fact. I have an Apple Watch Series 9 on watchOS 10. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Edited to add: I discovered the problem. Workouts, and therefore "Add Data", were not showing up in the Health app. I discovered by trial and error that I needed to add Workouts to my Health app favorites. Once I did that, Workouts now show up and I'm able to Add Data. Thank you to those who responded to help!
