Standalone Watch Receives Calls from Paired iPhone

I have a watch set up with Verizon as a Standalone but I am receiving calls from the iphone that it is paired with

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 9

Call on cellular model of Apple watch Hi Experts, I am having a Apple watch SE 2 GPS + cellular model. And my watch is always connected to my iPhone either via Bluetooth or WIFI. Whenever i get call from someone. it will reflect on both devices. (Watch and iPhone) Is there any way to get call only on Apple watch but not on iPhone in case if its connected via Bluetooth or WIFI. I don't want my call should reflect on both devices. its very annoying. Please let me know if there is any way.

Different set of numbers for my Apple Watch and my iPhone Can I receive my iPhone calls on my Apple Watch and also having a different esim number on my Apple Watch? Meaning to say I can receive calls through my esim(different number from my iphone) and my calls that are going to my iphone?

Did you make sure, that on the iPhone in Settings/Phone/Calls on other devices/ is disabled?
