How do I remove Virus from my iPhone?

I keep getting a messsge that says I have viruses when visiting websites. I am worried to follow the directions because I am in a website. How do I eliminate bugs thru my phone.

I went into safari to search my doctors office address and it starts taking me to different sites quickly. I didn’t click on anything. Swiped to get out. Then I went into a news site and it came up again still didn’t click on anything. I need to know how to de virus my phone.

You don't have any viruses on your phone, it is a scam message designed to get you to purchase unnecessary software or phish for personal information.

Those messages are all scams. No one—not even Apple—can "see" what is on your phone unless you give the express permission for remote access.
