Apple ID verification failed description not available and cannot verify identity error

Hello users, I sold my previous iPhone and now when I am trying to login my Apple ID on my new iPhone I received the error code (Verification Failed Error Description not available) so now after that when I try to recover my account through my trusted phone number I received another error

So after that I apply for the account recovery process first I received otp on my mail then after enter my payment method but at the last step phone number one when I enter my trusted phone number for my otp I again received this error So then I selected my other phone number for recovery then I see this screen

I have done this for like three times but again after 24 hours I received no response neither on mail nor on my phone number. So I am stuck in this loop where I can’t sign in to my Apple ID with email and password and neither I am receiving code on my trusted phone number because I got the verification failed error. For your knowledge before solding my previous iPhone I have changed the email address and phone number of my Apple ID but it was like a month ago I got no problem on my previous iPhone and also on my this new iPhone when I checked it I first time have logged in to my account but after resetting the data of iPhone when I again freshly logged in my Apple ID I came up with this error . I have tried the Apple ID on many other devices but I got the same error have changed WiFi resetted WiFi settings but no solution. Please help me out guys I have a large amount of data on my Apple ID which I have need to recover . Your help will be appreciated also for your knowledge I message applesupport on twitter but got no response.
