Card verification not updating in wallet

Adding a new credit card to wallet, calling bank to verify. Back is confirming verification however Apple wallet is not updating new card.

How do I fix debit card approval and Apple Cash verification issue in Wallet? Suddenly can't send money using my debit card in Wallet. My bank has linked the card to Wallet, but the card coming up when requesting sending money shows up as the Apple Cash card rather than my debit card. The debit card shows up as approved in Wallet. I've cleared Safari cache on iPhone, restarted, but can't solve. Keeps asking for verification with driver's license (which I've done 5 times), then message is "unable to verify identification" My debit card shows up in Wallet as approved for payments by my bank. Called Apple and bank and neither can see any reason why
