Settings are mixed language, and cant find auto clear option for Safari

I'm having a really hard time finding the option to remove the auto clear in my Safari History. In fact, why is this feature even on by default? since when was it on? I've never personally put it on, and when I looked everywhere, it's saying to go to Settings->Safari->Privacy Settings but there is no option to disable auto clear history?! There is only :

  • Prevent Cross Site Tracking
  • Hide Ip Address
  • Require Face Id... unlock private browsing
  • Fraudulent Website Warning
  • About Safari & Privacy (in small and blue)

What is this ridiculous feature, can you guys stop modifying the settings features, it's outrageous.

And I tried changing languages since my iPhone was in French, and changed it to English, but now my amazinggggg iPhone is mixed in french and in english, completely ridiculous and pathetic. My Search bar is in french, but the results are english? amazing coding Apple!

Yes, i've restarted the phone multiple times

Does Apple now decide whether my phone keeps clearing its history or not? How do i remove this auto clear history???

where is the auto clear history feature ??

iPhone 11, iOS 17
