Being charged for a subscription I cancelled last year

I cancelled Apple TV subscription in 2023, and yet I'm still being charged £6.99 per month. I can't find an easy way of speaking to / chatting with an Apple employee who can refund me

Charged Twice For Apple TV Since September Apple has charged me for Apple TV after the expiry of a 6 month mobile phone deal discount although I had separately obtained a free subscription through my bank from then on. Keep getting charged for Fox One a cancelled subscription. I cancelled subscription to Fox One on Nov. 28, 2025 and have been charged 2 months in a row. In my Apple App subscriptions it shows that it was canceled. It is also canceled on Fox.com and there are no receipts on my apple purchases to ask for refund. But I see the -19.99 on my bank statements. How do I make it stop?

Continuing to be charged despite cancelling subscription Hi, I cancelled a subscription in May 2025 but have continued to be charged monthly for this. I tried to cancel direct with the supplier but as it is via Apple they can't do this. I can't request a refund as it doesn't appear as a current subscription. It shows as cancelled on the Apple subscriptions since May. How do I go about cancelling these monthly charges? and getting a refund for the money paid since May?

Take a look at your subscriptions and if you still see in red to Cancel Subscription then it means you never did and thought you did View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support

If in North America you can call 1-800-MY-APPLE so they can take a look at your account.
